Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone.
Travel/Location: Accessible via RVTD bus route 40.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- -Electric service payment assistance is for Pacific Power customers -Households earning 80% or less of AMI may qualify, with possible exceptions -Water service payment assistance is for Medford Water Commission customers.

- -Photo ID including driver's licenses, state ID cards, passports, military ID, foreign country ID, and some university ID -Electric or water assistance: A copy of shut off notice
