About this resource
This initiative assists individuals in accessing housing resources via a coordinated entry system. Following a one-hour assessment appointment, the staff aims to pair each household with suitable housing and support services. Referrals are directed to partner agencies according to the specific needs of the household and the available housing options.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by phone or visit in person.
Travel/Location: Accessible via TriMet bus line 94.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals and families facing homelessness or at imminent risk of becoming homeless within the next month.
