About this resource
At the Fossil and Mitchell clinics, a range of dental services is offered, such as examinations, x-rays, oral hygiene (cleaning), restorations, crowns, and dentures. In contrast, the Spray clinic provides only oral hygiene (cleaning).
Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call.
Fees: The clinics accept Medicare, Medicaid (OHP), and the majority of private insurance plans. For those with high deductibles or no insurance, a sliding-fee scale and payment plans are available.
